Encyclopedia of Sheikh Zayed: The Late Leader

In its seeking to promote the noble human values, and implant the true meaning of love and loyalty to the nation, the Information Affairs Office of H.H. Sheikh Sultan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Deputy Prime Minister has completed volume IV of “Encyclopedia of Sheikh Zayed: The Late Leader”, which sheds light on the distinct role of this great leader in giving rise to the UAE renaissance.

The encyclopedia chronicles the march led by His Highness late Sheikh Zayed, with prudence and patience, in all aspects of life, from 1955 to his death on November 2, 20004. It documents his speeches, statements, stands, and achievements, which inspire the new generations to continue this path and strengthen and preserve these achievements.

The publication of Volume IV of “Encyclopedia of Sheikh Zayed: The Late Leader” came as a continuation of acknowledgement and loyalty to a leader who brought about the national renaissance, transforming the nation and people into a prosperous and modern life.

The book includes the statements and speeches of the founding leader on various domestic, regional, and international issues, which carry his sensible stands, lofty principles, and pioneering achievements. It also contains a collection of rare pictures taken from him in historical occasions, as well as testimonies of some of the world most prominent leaders, thinkers, and historians about his political and humanitarian stands that contributed to bringing solutions to tensions between nations, and to mitigating the effects of natural and human disasters on many peoples around the world, based on his strong belief in human cooperation and participation in alleviating human suffering everywhere.

It states that “Encyclopedia of Sheikh Zayed: The Late Leader” represents bright pages in the history of the Arab and Islamic nation, noting that no other leader in modern history made such achievements to his nation and people.

The Information Affairs Office said that the publication of this volume is aimed at documenting the distinct march of the late leader, pointing out that President H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan is the best successor to the best predecessor.
