Sheikh Mansour to inaugurate ENVIRONMENT 2005 Exhibition & Conference

Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Presidential Affairs, will inaugurate here on 30th January 2005 the ENVIRONMENT 2005 Exhibition & Conference, to be held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE President and Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
ENVIRONMENT 2005, the 3rd International Exhibition & Conference on Environment, will have on display the latest innovations on environmental protection technologies, products and services from all over the world. Local and regional utility authorities, municipalities and oil companies are exhibiting at the event in order to take advantage of this international networking platform.
The participants will also benefit from the seminars taking place alongside the exhibition, addressed by experts from the water and waste handling sectors. A scientific conference is also taking place as part of ENVIRONMENT 2005 which will be addressed by nearly 100 speakers who are researchers, scientists and experts in the field of environment-friendly transportation. The conference theme "Sustainable Transportation in Developing Countries" marks the first part of a chain of international activities to promote such a concept. The inauguration ceremony for this prestigious event will take place at the Abu Dhabi International Exhibition Centre on Sunday 30th January 2005, at 1030 hrs and will be attended by top VIPs, Ministers, CEO's and media.
